With added comedy blogging
I've worked on the national press (The Sun, The Mirror); written for others (Daily Express, The Telegraph); worked on women's magazines (SHE, Zest, Harper's) and written for lots more. Which is amazing when you think I'm only 21*. Here's some stuff I wrote.
*This is a lie.
I've done slots on Radio 5 Live, TalkSport, and was director and DJ at my local community radio station, Phoenix FM, for several years. Find out more about Phoenix FM here.
TRAINING AT PA
I run lots of editorial training courses for the Press Association in London. I teach writing for the web, online news writing, advanced feature writing, sub editing and more, plus the postgraduate diploma in magazine journalism. Find out how to become a journalist, or improve your skills, by visiting the PA's training website.
I'm an English tutor for primary and secondary schoolchildren in Essex. I cover key stages 1, 2 and 3, plus GCSE level English Literature and English Language.
I cover the Billericay, Essex area and will travel within a 10-mile radius: to Chelmsford, Wickford, Basildon, Shenfield, Brentwood etc. I currently charge £28 per hour and you can contact me by using the contact form or contacting me through Tutora.
In an increasingly digital world, a knack for clear written communication will take kids far in life!
Sometimes I do other stuff too, like stand-up comedy and blogging. I also MC charity balls and even act as auctioneer. So don't wave at me if you see me in the street, or you'll find you've unwittingly bought a signed England top. And who the heck wants that?
